Thanks go to Daz & Tim Smith in this forum for pointing out how to get longer MP3 filenames on the 3350/370.

I have upped a page to my site detailing the results and instructions.

http://members.tripod.co.uk/ittroll/

Makes for much nicer navigation.

Thanks from me also. I have a 3350 on order partly due to its ability with MP3. This will make things a lot better (great to see the screen shots IT Troll). Can`t wait to try it out when it arrives. now when will that be...... now lets see.....Dabs said 1 - 2 days 7 days ago..... Days , weeks whats the difference !!... well I can burn my discs while I wait.

Thanks

In Easy CD Creator do

File/CD Layout Properties/Data Settings

Select ISO9660 then click Properties

Then select Mode 2 and Long Filenames

This will give 14 char names, all uppercase and no spaces (names will be converted automatically)

This must be done before adding any files to the CD list

Not as good as Nero, but better than the normal names....
