Sky + Problem?

Has anyone had problems with their sky+ ``jumping`` and ``freezing`` on playback of recorded programmes and sometimes sound goes off for a second or two??
Any advice ideas?

No, but since I upgraded to Sky+ my box has made a very loud pop and then switched itself off while I was watching a recording.

Only happened the once, though. :/

I`ve recently had this problem on almost every recording, seem to have solved it by:-

Services
System Setup
01
Select (this puts you into the Installer Setup)
Sky+ Planner Rebuild

If that doesn`t work then Full System Reset will probably be the answer, this wipes out all recordings and future recodings
