You cant go wrong with www.richersounds.com

If you read back through the forums, there have been a lot of posting about delivery delays, lost orders etc from Richersounds.com - the word is, use one of their stores - then you`ll get good customer service.

Can`t honestly recommend Richer. Techtronics http://www.techtronics.com is also best avoided IMHO. They`re fine if you have no problems, but their aftersales sucks. I have two friends whode dvd players had to go back. One disappeared for 4 months, the other was sent back with the free dvds and returned without them (6 months later they still haven`t been returned). A top-notch mail order site is http://www.hifijunkies.co.uk - although you`ll need to email them to check on multi-region/RCE compatibility. Alternatively, try http://www.upgradeheaven.co.uk/

Another good website is www.Empiredirect.co.uk

Delivery can be up to 2 weeks when they dont have the product in stock but as in the case of the Yamaha DSP 800 Processor it had £100 knocked off the RRP.
