Always Benn happy with my 2 year old player .....until now!

Bought my daughter SHREK for xmas and the third chapter breaks up resulting in it freezing... I have to just start film for her at 4th chapter..I then got final fantasy demo disc off the front of a mag and that is same!

My uncle lent me Hollow Man and the Bit where they attempt ot bring him back to visabilty freezes and I have to skip that chapter.

does anyone else have any probs with player or is machine become faulty.. hope not i have many R1 and R2 discs


Does anyone else have sanme problemns

think it is probably the machine no trouble with any of those you mention on my player. Only disc i have had problems with is A Knights Tale: Region Free, this will just not play whatever code i put in or even by changing the setup... cheers.

I HAVE JUST TRIED MY MATE`S R1 COPY OF PLANET OF THE APES ON MY WHARFEDALE 750 MULTI REGION MACHINE. IT GETS HALF WAY THROUGH AND PICTURE GOES BLOCKY AND SOUNDS GOES IFFY. IF I PLAY R2 DISCS DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE PROBLEM! I`M PUZZLED, IF THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A MULTI-REGION UNIT, WHY IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH THIS DISC???

Had the same problem with planet of the apes r1 every other disc works fine. It might be something to do with the nuon feature on this disc

My "Apes" R1 works fine. I have the second generation 750.
