Eclipse - 695

jambo0 (Harmless) posted this on Thursday, 4th April 2002, 23:27

I bought an Eclipse 695 from Richer sounds recently , i have`nt been able to contact the manufacturer or get any sense out of Richer Sounds as to whether my player is DVD-R / DVD-RW compatible.
Does anyone know who makes the Eclipse 695 or whether it is another machine in different packaging?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I think Eclipse electronics went under a while back. The machine is compatible with cd-r/cdrw but i dont know if it will accept dvdrs. The only way is to try it and see.
let me know how you get on

Hmmm....I wish I could get thru to Eclipse..I`m so irritated with the subtitle problem and the half-loaded static menus. I contacted Richer Sounds technical support, but they never replied either. BT have no records of Eclipse Electronics either.
