DTS / Dolby 5.1 amplifier

Anyone have any recommendations for a good amplifier . As posted below I`ve just bought a Haus H615L-S and would like to get an amp for it. Other than that has anyone connected their DVD up through a Dolby 5.1 Hi-Fi ? if so how good is it?
BTW, I also bought a SM Electronics SM2500 last week for my son , cost £80 from Lidl and boy is it a great performer, reads every format under the sun .

Tell us your amp budget and we`ll see what we can come up with. Also, have you got any speakers or an amplifier at present ?

Don`t tell the missus but I reckon I could stretch to maybe £250 / £300. At present we have a Hitachi 25" Dolby Pro-Logic Surround Sound which has 4 surround speakers and what I guess may be a SubWoofer / Dialogue ? speaker built into the top rear of the case.

I managed to get the denon 1802 for £350 from superfi by getting them to do a pricematch, and I have to say that it is absolute quality for film and music at the budget end. Also has Pro Logic 2 which does quite a good job with some sky programmes. Hope this helps.

Otherwise I know someone selling a Sony DTS amp, not sure which one at the mo, but hes selling for around £275 if ur interested just leave a post.
