About £150 to spend, currently using a 5200 that came with the PC. Needs to be AGP with VGA connection.
Cheers

I`d recommend a nVidia 6600 for that price, try and stretch for a 256mb model if you can.

6600`s i`m finding seem to be sub £100, apart from the GT models (and they all appear to be 128Mb only). Or do I stretch to the MSI NX6800-TD128?

You can get a 9800 pro for about 75 quid now.
You could use the change to get a silent case fan and some more memory or something.
Silent case fan = the only reason im allowed a PC in the front room.
