Page 1 of CD-WOW Vouchers - how do I use them?

I`ve received the 50p vouchers from CD-WOW but they don`t seem to work. I put something in my basket then got to checkout. I click redeem voucher then enter number and click GO.

On the next page the amount is the same. What am I doing wrong????

which voucher did you enter them under, cd wow or e voucher ? I use the first one cd wow voucher and it works. Mind you they include O`s in the code and you can`t tell if its the number or the letter and the codes are not consistant blocks of numbers and letters so a comparison between two doesn`t help.

I entered them on the CD-WOW vouchers but no joy. Mmmmm, I`ll try again, cheers.

On the ones I`ve received it`s been easy to tell the difference between O`s and zeros. The zeros have a diagonal line through them.

Hi mate I had trouble too make sure you use lower case or capitals thats what f****d me up!...lol

I noticed that they work OK if you are not logged in. I`ve had to apply the voucher then log in.
