CD-WOW!

Ordered Lilo and Stitch from CD-Wow Friday 24th at about 2pm. Arrived this morning (Monday 27th) in the first post, before I went to work. Back of the net!

I can honestly say I have never experienced that level of service from ANY online retailer. Respect is due. They may not have the depth and breadth of choice of some DVD e-tailers, but they sure make up for it with customer service and delivery times.

Other retailers please take note: THIS IS HOW YOU GET LOYAL, LIFELONG CUSTOMERS!

Still 11 days and counting for coolashop and my copy of shaolin soccer…….

Totally agree,

CD-WOW are superb and I can`t recommend them enough....

They`ve never let me down and there`s always some money-off link that can be used to reduce, their already cheap, prices.

For me, CD-WOW, Play and Futureent are the best retailers.

Maybe a little bit more than dvdsoon etc..... but service is far superior

Dam right - 19 days and still not received my disc from DVDSoon - I emailed them and if it`s not here by the end of the week then I`ve to let them know and they`ll dispatch it again.

CD-WOW on the other hand, I agree are the dogs danglies...

Its stunning to see some of the differences in delivery times on this site. Play is fairly average, but movietyme and others have disgraceful records. Some have taken that long I have cancelled and fought to get my money back. It boggles the mind as to how they stay afloat, because there are certain sites I wouldn't now touch with a very long, s***ty stick.

I wouldn't normally shout from on high about a site. CD-Wow state a delivery window and stick to it. On the whole everything I have ever ordered has come within 7 working days, which is what they say will happen, so no big deal. On this occasion they delivered in about one and a half, which merits a special mention in my book! And dispatch emails marked at 5 in the morning!

To be honest, if every site started to pay this much care and attention to customer services I would have a very hard time choosing where to shop!

Just received Home Alone from DVDSoon this morning, was ordered the December 12, makes it about 5 weeks. I guess Soon means Soon, first time and last time I use them, never mind about the delay but they don`t even give you an apology or explanation oh and yes they took the money on December the 14.

Have to agree. CD-WOW are super quick.
One recent DVD arrived the day after shipment notice. Less than 24 hours!
Also I ordered Devils Advocate SE R4 which they listed as having 30 minutes of deleted scenes. Needless to say, it didn`t, but I phoned them and they are sending a prepaid envelope to send it back in!
Wish dvdsoon would answer my emails about Romper Stomper which was supposed to be 2 disc with DTS etc. Turned out to be bog standard full screen copy which I already have. 3 emails sent, still no reply!!
If they weren`t so cheap, I would stop using them!
(This is my first problem after 150 or so orders!)

While I agree CDWow have superb Customer Service, their selection of available titles leaves a lot to be desired. Much as I admire them as a company, I would be horrified if I was restricted to purchasing from the limited range of titles they offer for sale.

I agree Cd-Wow takes some beating. I ordered a CD on Thursday night and it arrived this morning...very good considering we had the weekend in between.

I don`t think their range is too bad, if you are after current stuff. It`s just if you want older/back catalogue stuff that they often don`t have it. But for new release/chart stuff they take some beating.

Mark.
