My nomination would have to be the staff at Toys R Us in Glasgow (Parkhead Forge branch).
I took back a faulty r/c dalek and they "fixed" it but even my 12 yr old son noticed it wasnt the same dalek! I asked for a refund as I had to purchase a replacement elsewhere but I was told by the female assissitant that I "wissnae gettin` ma money back" so I requested to speak to the store manager and, after the assistant refused THREE times, she called for the store manager.
To the managers credit she agreed to a refund straight away, despite the asisstant refusing because "she didnae like my attitude"!!!!!
I am in the process of trying to find Toys R Us H.O. address so I can report this ignoramis.
Can anyone top this nomination?

Occasionally I have to remind staff somewhere that *I* am the customer, not you, and you are paid to serve me!

Believe it or not sometimes the customer can be ignorant and an arseholes too. They are not allways right.

I used to work in retail as well and if I or any other member of staff treated customers the way staff nowadays do they would have had their P45 pronto!

Have you ever had someone say to you,................. I am the customer, not you, and you are paid to serve me!...................................................................... And there is the door sunshine, I would say. There is no way I, or any of my staff would be talked to like that. I have booted people out for being rude and would do it again. We are doing a job and do not deserve to be talked down to.

Please can I nominate "City link" (also refered to as Shi##y Link) Ashford, Kent Depot for...
1) Failing to deliver packages (says a card was left, but they did not attend, and the door discription was wrong)
2) Phones being perminatly engaged.
3) Putting through "while you where out cards" when people are in (he just got out the van, poped the card though the letterbox and went back to the van).
4) Well the road does belong to van drviers.......(not).
