why are you interested ? As far as I can see the only ones being sold in the UK would have been porn films (the porn industry are usually the first to exploit new forms of media and technology) as only the chinese and japanese bought the players in quantity, there are plenty of vcds available from chinese sites but predominantly chinese films.

I want to get Back to future Trilogy just until the DVD`s come out. There`s another threads on here that says you can get the trilogy for £11 from the USA.

I`m having a problem with my credit card at the moment so I want to pay by Debit card, hence why I wanted somewwhere in the U.K!

Just to set you right ian turner, not everyone who buys VCD`s does so to get porn!
It was I who posted the link for the BTTF VCD set. The site is in Malaysia. I suppose you now think that means they only sell pirate copies of stuff. I sometimes buy VCD`s because they come out a lot earlier then the DVD`s of some films. They also cost a hell of a lot less then DVD`s. If I like the movie, then I will buy it again on DVD & give away the VCD. It's cheaper to buy a VCD than go to the Cinema, so if I want to buy a VCD don`t assume I'm doing so just to get cheap porn or pirates. nope , i merely observed that the main markets for vcds are in the orient, the only reports i have had of anyone seeing vcds on sale have been at the computer shows where its the porn dvds, the porn companies being the only ones in this neck of the woods to chance their hand at new media which is somewhat depressing though its probably due to low production overheads or somesuch.
The site you have just mentioned is malaysia , the ones i`ve seen have been hong kong and japan.

They do BTTF VCD for £30. Lots of other stuff on DVD or VCD, but given the choice would anyone bother with VCD, even if it`s a few quid cheaper. Having seen both I`d go for DVD evenry time.

Cheers steve. I definetely won`t be buying BTTF at that price though. I`ll wait for the DVD`s I think.

Just wondering, has anyone here used ZooDirect (i.e. are they legit?) as I wanted to get a hold of Star Wars Trilogy and as of yet have not found any online store in the UK that I would trust?
