yes my use, but i am not always in the car, like when dad picks me up from work, or takes me there, you see? he will be driving for me even though i am not in the car at that time.

that would be people like my dad then, i have a car on the motability scheme, as i dont drivr he drives for me. maybe thats why you see perfectly able people sometimes getting in/out of disabled cars?
