RE: portable 7" dvd player
Looks like a nice piece of kit at that price but does this player support DVD-R and DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW ? Also does it play raw mpeg files ?
hi-fi micro-system that plays discs of mp3s ?
Anyone know of a cheap-ish micro/mini hi-fi system which plays disks of mp3s (CD-R, or CD-RW`s or even better DVD-R and DVD-RWs too) ? Sound quality not too important, just would like something for the bedroom - i already have a good h-fi setup for serious use.
RE: Ju-on The Judge.....Have you seen it?
How many Ju-on movies are there in total ? Is this the full list:
Ju-on: The Curse : the original TV movie and the best of all the films in my opinion.
Ju-on 2 : TV movie sequel, meant to repeat a lot of the scenes from the original!
Ju-on: The Grudge: the first cinema release
Ju-on: The Grudge 2: sequel to original cinema release
I`ve seen all of them apart from the second TV movie.
Floyd is that pic from Uzumaki ?
Internet Explorer 6 problem - clicking on file changes extension
This problem is driving me crazy >:(
In IE6 If i click on a link to a .mpg or .mpeg file IE6 seems to think its a .mp2 file and opens a Save File download dialog box rather than launching Windows Media Player to play the file. This started happening a couple of nights ago and i just can`t work out how to change it. File associations are fine if i check them in Control Panel and i can play .mpeg files that i`ve saved ok.
Any ideas ???
Don`t Be Afraid of the Dark
Does anyone else remember seeing this made-for-tv horror movie ? About these little goblins who lived in the cellar of an old house, and they`d terrorise the woman living there. I saw it when i was about 7 years old and it scared the wits out of me!
Hasn`t been released on DVD, and the discontinued VHS version seems to be going for silly prices. I`d love to see this again just to see if it`s even half as frightening as it seemed then.

RE: Ju-on:The Grudge 1 and 2 What did you think of the films?
Have you seen the original TV movie, Ju-on: The Curse ? Best of the bunch in my opinion, for scares anyway.
Although i do think too many of these japanese horrors rely on women with long straggly black hair walking in a weird way to deliver their scares, lol.
RE: Ichi The Killer R2 Uncut 2 disc Dutch Import £19.99 @ Movietyme
I also purchased the R3 version from DDDHouse - good job it was only a couple of quid because its the most horrendously edited movie i think i`ve ever seen. I was fortunate enough to find a DIVX rip of the uncensored version and believe me the cut scenes are essential to enjoying this movie...the edited version should be avoided at all costs. I`ve recently bought one of the new DVD players which support DIVX/XVID playback so now i`ve trashed my original disk.
