I`ve had my ML4500 (similar thing) for 2 years or so, and it`s only just run out of toner. Bought myself a set of toner refill - easier and less messy than refilling inkjet cartridges, and I`ve probably got enough to last til 2010!

Just to let everyone know, I had previously had a Samsung laser.

BUT - Be warned, I bought this model a few months ago, and had two replacments, so three in total. All suffered very very badly with paper feed problems and jams, until I gave up and bought an HP Laserjet 1010.

Might not be the case with them all, but might explain the price drop.
