...and £69.99 Portable DVD at Currys

As well as the £19.99 DVD player , Currys are also advertising INGERSOLL 3.6" PORTABLE DVD PLAYER for £69.99.
Both offers are in-store only , so I guess it is hit and miss as to how many are out there.

We had shedloads in at the weekend, and they were £69 then too.
You`ll probably find both are ongoing offers with Currys, we tend to seriously stock up on this kinda thing.
(We had about 40 Apex machines in stock and I think, about 24 of the Ingersoll)

Be warned though, it`s tiny! Even people who had come in hearing it was now £69 shy-ed away from it when they saw the size.

Even to the point that one of my customers bought the 8.4" Goodmans instead! :o

Staples sell a varient of the Cyberhome\MP Man 7" portable (PS\ MR) for £90 - £99 (at least in my 2 local stores, cant speak for others). Branded under "Typhoon".

Be warned smaller & internal battery, so cant speak for its expected life, but as a + point it looses about a centimeter in height & is a really slim unit as a result. Build quality is flimsy compared to the Cyberhome\MP Man.

Its posted in the BB forum & has been confirmed as using the Cyberhome\MP man MR hack. :)

If Mac users are "more intelligent than the average computer user," why do they need an operating system designed for complete idiots?
