I`m going to cheat by putting in my five, plus the wife`s :)

Mine
Arsenic & Old Lace R1 (One of the funniest films ever made)
North by Northwest R1 (fantastic job done on both picture & sound)
Fantasia Boxset R2 (even though the extras disc won`t play properly).
Twister R2 (crap story, but brilliant surround sound)
Fifth Element R2 (great fun and good effects)

The Wife`s
Ghostbusters R2 (great extras)
Scrooged R2 (sound is surprisingly giood)
Contact R2 (with you on this one Clayts)
Local Hero R1 (great feel-good film. No story, really, but it doesn`t matter)
Pride and Prejudice Set R2

How she can include Pride & Prejudice beyond me as the moment Colin Firth appears she hits the pause button and just sits there sighing "Mr, Darcy, oh, Mr. Darcy". Consequently, we haven`t got past Chapter One yet :)))))))

Hmm well I aint got that many discs so this isnt going to be that great.

(1) Fight Club R1 (sooo many extras and a nice film too)
(2) Matrix R1 (its just the most watchable film ever. Nice on dvd too!)
(3) Pulp Fiction R2 (Nice copy on dvd, no xtras though!)
(4) Being John Malkovich R2 (mental! and decent xtras and dvdness)
(5) Romeo Must Die R1 (silly film but with plenty xtras)

Man I need more dvds. I made a huge list of the perfect film collection, but as dvds are so expensive I will never get them all.

Is anyone interested in listing the perfect film......uh list? I have one. Dribble.

1 - Matrix ( need I say more especially Trinity oooooorrrrrr)
2 - Bound (only for the lesbian scene, they are dirty and they love it)
3 - Gladiator ( my name is maximus millidius....... what ever)
4 - Saving private Ryan (sniper scene in the bell tower)
5 - Leon (can we use real bullets now....)

To me films are about the scenes in them that`s why I choose films that I can watch scenes over and over again plus having a DVD helps better than fast forward rewind stop play fast forward..........

I might start a thread on best movie scene EVER.....!!!
