Just a couple last week (never seem to have the time these days :( )

Kill Bill (again)
Matrix Reloaded (again - but these were really both viewings for a mate who hasn`t seen them!?)

28 Days Later

...and that`s it I`m afraid!

Oh well, just got my hands on Evil Dead 3 & Road to Perdition, so those`ll be on my list next week......

I think this is a great thread idea - just waiting for someone to be truthful and list all the filth they`ve been watching.... :D

Wossname - what kind of condition are the Frankenstein movies in? Is this the much vaunted Monster Legacy collection ? Haven`t seen the movies in years but have half a hankering to see them again...Did you get the R1`s? (Not sure there are R2`s available?)

Thanks....

These are the movies from the R1 Monsters Legacy collection (Dracula and The Wolf Man are on their way from DVD Soon). The quality is excellent, picture for the age of the movies is brilliant with very clear stereo sound. Commentaries on Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein with losts of other features - great value at around 13-14 quid.

It's mono. But it is very clear. :D
Another week another pile of DVD`s
Mackenna`s Gold - A great cast - Gregory Peck, Omar Shariff, Telly Savales, Julie Newmar (Catwoman in the Batman TV series) Lee J Cobb, Burgess Meredith, Anthony Quayle, Edward G Robinson and Eli Wallach - wasted in a mess of a film. Most only get a couple of lines of dialogue before being killed off. Not without some entertainment value though (Julie Newmar as a very hot indian woman for one).
Full Contact - Not the best Chow Yun Fat/Ringo Lam collaboration but still a great action film. This is being released by HKL soon but will it be uncut? Being as it features the infamous butterfly knife I`d be very surprised if it is.
From Dusk Till Dawn 2 - Bought this cheap from DDDHouse. That`s my excuse. Scott Spiegel should never be allowed near a camera again (even to make home movies)
T.N.T Jackson - Awful Kung Fu/Blaxploitation flick bought for a quid at poundland.
High Crimes - Fun (if predictable) legal thriller. And nice to see Morgan Freeman and Ashley Judd together again.
Stir of Echos - Spooky little film. And Kevin Bacon is great.
Straight to Hell - Free with Total DVD mag. 'Nuff said
Last 4 episodes of season 1 of 24 - Forgot how stupid some of the plot twists were but I still love the downbeat ending.
Last 4 episodes of The Avengers season 3 - Goodbye Cathy Gale, nice in joke by Steed about her Pussy footing about in Florida.

Pick of this weeks bunch would be Full Contact. See you next week.
