Page 1 of "I`m Alan Partridge" DVD

Hey guys

Does anyone know what happened to the "I`m Alan Partridge" series DVD ? It was due for release a month or so ago. I`d put in a pre-order with DVDPopcorn, but now they`re telling me that the disc has been deleted.

Anyone know what`s going on ?

It was issued and then quickly withdrawn - apparently because the BBC forgot to negotiate certain rights (probably music). The release has now been put back to early 2002.

i got mine from smiths when they did one get one half price with halloween,cost me £25.49 for the both of them. :)

I pre-ordered mine & still couldn`t get a copy. At least its still coming out at some stage next year.

The BBC have had a lot of trouble with rights and DVDs recently!

Maybe if they pedestrianised the city centre, you could get a copy from Dii-iiiiiiiixons.

I think I`ll try Curry`s, but only if they have a basic grasp of latin, and remember to SMELL MY CHEESE !!!!

Got mine from WH Smith last Sunday even though it had already been recalled, so keep an eye out.

Wow - does this mean I`ve got an ultra limited edition one then ? Not bad for £12 from Play.
