Has anyone bought anything from the 40% off offer? I ordered Gladiator and ID4 3 weeks ago and I still haven`t received them! The money was taken out of my account a day after I ordered.

I`ve phoned them twice and each time they`ve fobbed me off with the excuse of a warehouse problem.

If anyone`s had a similar experience i`d like to hear.

I ordered both volumes of friends series 7 and i think they took my money as well. I havent got round to phoning them yet but it appears i may have to yell at them and shout and show them who`s boss. trust me a bit of arguing and swearing does wonders

I ordered X Men, Se7en (2 dvd set) and Rules of Engagement (£11.99 each & £1.95 P&P) and got them about 2 days later.

Have ordered from them b4 and had no probs.....strange!

I ordered the two friends series seven volumes thursday the 22nd. Money was debited on the 23rd, but I as of yet still haven`t received them

I ordered Abyss SE from them monday, arrived thursday, no probs.

i ordered seven,snatch and x-men. the first two dvds arrived in about 3 days but x-men took a week to come,otherwise not bad service.
