Page 1 of Funny women - name one
General Forum
Actresses reciting funny lines in sitcoms don`t count as funny women.
I`m talking about stand-up funny women.
I can`t think of any.
( don`t even start me on the incredibly unfunny French and/or Saunders...)
I like my comedy.
The evidence is there women aren`t funny... :/
Sorry `n` that..

I am aware of whom you speak.
She isn`t funny,sorry.
Next ?
Her off spaced, and Shaun of the dead, writes funny stuff but going by her interview on Jonathan Ross isn`t actually funny as such.
I`ve seen Jenny Eclair live and she just shouts " period " all the time, which isn`t funny.
I`ve seen her that used to play the computer on Red Dwarf live and she isn`t funny either.
I`m really struggling here !

Linda Smith is on the News Quiz and Just a Minute on Radio 4 and is very funny.

Sorry, can`t. Though I do find it funny when the gf has her moments.
On the way home on the M25 the other day, she looks out the window at a large lorry and says "oooh that lorrys got no driver". Suffice to say I quickly pointed out the foreign number plates and the concept of left-hand drive motor vehicles. Bloody idiot.

She came from a time when people laughed at Arthur Askey,so it`s fair to assume they`d have laughed at a flannel.
