I gave away ALL my star wars stuff (most of the ships and playsets and almost a complete collection of figures) when I was about 15 and my mum decided I was `too old for toys` ..all I kept was a handfull of figures and a boxed speeder bike. All my ships were mint and boxed Ive never regretted anything more in my life :(
As for selling my `ones and twos` and my vinyl collection I dont think I could ..I could maybe part with a few hundred but I have far too many `classics` that I dont think I`ll ever part with, they hold too many memories of good times

Jeez, Just been on a right old trip down memory lane looking at those haggis! Oh those memories of teenage fumblings to Rufus & Chaka @ the youthy. Even had the obligatory "ghetto blaster" mounted on shoulder with Bauer roller hockey boots & a Raleigh Pro Burner / HARO Freestyler when some of those were doing the rounds!! :D :D

Don`t look, don`t look, don`t look....
Ah crap, I clicked the link. Now I`ll have to put some of those vinyls into my watch list, and possibly remember they`re in my list and buy them in a few days time... Perhaps its time I got myself a bigger room... :)

After Uni I found myself buying less and less records. Especially with the prices going up seemingly every week. My vinyl collection is a whos who of drum + bass and breakz and beats circa 94 - 2001. With a very light smattering of tunes from 2002.
I ended up lending my decks to my younger brother who has them on the proviso I can have them back at any time with replacement styli (?). He still plays out a fair bit, whereas im a bot of a homebody. I drag a few record boxes over to a house party now and again, but I havent mixed regularly for a while. But I couldnt sell my decks. It would leave me with a knawing feeling in my stomach. Third hand 1210`s, but still prostine despite pints flying over them and me catching the DMC mixing championship bug. I can still rock a party and do a fairly impressive 3 deck session (4 with my mate wellz) but since I cant afford to buy enough vinyl to stay current, im a bit of a retro student oddity.
