Football season allready, so another god knows how many months of media overload about a load of overpaid players who claim their inflated wages are to cover the fact that there employment only lasts a few years.
What happens to them when they stop playing do they all die or become vegetables or something.
Get a job like everyone else!.

Most of the population - why don`t you go back to your curling and crown green bowls and leave us footie fans to get on with it.
The Premiership...Liverpool (Probably Chelasea)
F.A Cup...Liverpool (Although see above)
Champions League...Liverpool
Carling Cr*p...Liverpool
Promotion...Don`t need it! (Harrogate Town to the Premier League!)
...Nurse! I`m becoming lucid again! More of my "special" sweets please!...
For the love of god, have some dignity and stop calling it `footie`.
Once told i must be gay because i didnt like football. :) Can`t quite see the logic there.
Sorry i don,t agree but i find the interest in it overbearing and the game itself tedious!.
Personally i hope Nantwich Rovers win the Tetley cup or whatever it is and i reckon Swaziland for the World Cup! ;)

My wife manages to live perfectly happily without finding the interest in it `overbearing`.
So should you.
Ok - difficult predictions but here goes......
Premiership - Chelsea
FA Cup - Man U
Champions League - Barca
Carling Cup - Birmingham
Promotion - Watford
Just for you - I think this years FOOTBALL will be stella - there`s been some great signings - but I think Arsenal were foolish to get rid of Viera and they haven`t really signed any decent talent.
I get sick to death and so do my mates when in the pub or at work when someone comes up and asks did you watch the game last night wasn`t it great and they look at you as if theres something wrong when you reply no.
A young lad started work when the last world cup was on and told us it was our duty to watch england play as it was patriotic. He couldn`t believe none of us where interested.
