At last, rain and 16 degrees.
I can be bothered to eat again, have a good night`s sleep, breathe properly, not have to endure car radios from open- top smart-a***d car owners, I can wear a jacket again and therefore have more pockets and cycling is a joy again.
The feeling of being half dead has lifted.
OK. On my bike I go. :)

RE: Rain, Wonderful Rain!
It lashed it down in Leicester. One of the best thunder storms in ages.
All the best,
Dr 42%er.
It`s not easy being different. It`s not easy being cool....but somehow I manage....
Hey 42%er,

Please feel free. We can have our own mini meet up. Paul is not here today so you will have the plesure of meeting the new tea bitch, Duncan.
All the best,

I enjoyed the thunder last night and I find rain really soothing when im going to sleep.
But I got soaked on the way to work. Big man + Little foldup brolly = pointless.
Plus one leg of my trousers got soaked by some c*** in a white van who (im sure) ran through a huge puddle on purpose. The f***ing arsehole. Ive only just dried off.
So in summary, God, If you read the internets, please only let it rain between the hours of 11pm-7am. This should ensure all you creations get a nice drink and no sun means less evaporation. Its win/win. And while ive got you here, I wouldnt mind some help on hte lottery tomorrow. I would even take 5 numbers and the bonus ball.
All glory to the hypnotoad
What im listening to (if youre interested)

Smart-arsed? What`s your beef with convertible drivers? (Other than some have their music too loud for your tastes, by the sounds of things).
Agreed that it`s a relief that it`s a bit cooler - I`ve found it quite hard to sleep over the past few nights with it being so oppressively warm.
Us British - we`re never happy with the weather! :D In the winter we complain about it being too cold and wet and yearn for the summer. In the summer, we whinge that it`s too hot and dry and long for cooler wetter climes. Doh! :p

Interesting you should mention that.
I`m the same.
I reckon it`s an inbuilt throwback to when we were far more basic creatures.
If it`s raining outside, stay niced and tucked up in the cave.
Our daughter has a Fisher Price musical box thing at the end of her bed.
One of the options is the sound of rainfall.
That`s the one that soothes her best.
In general, she also sleeps best when it`s hissing down.
Strange,innit ?
Must admit, walking to work this morning was great, a bit of rain but fairly warm makes you feel alive. Shame I couldn`t enjoy it as I was dodging brolly`s.
