God,CCTV footage really is next to useless innit ?
You wouldn`t recognise your own mother from that.
Same with the multi-thousand-pound system we have at work.
Hopeless.
At least they didn`t kick it over out of pure spite though,so they could just be accused of `high jinks` rather than out and out vandalism.
Be grateful for it I suppose.

0400hrs seems to be the favoured time for chavs on the take. So we stay up everyother Saturday and give them a nice surprise :D

The Corp of London decided to put up nice signs all around the lake next to me, and info boards by the entrance and in the park. Naturally they are now in an endless cycle of being cleaned and then graffitied.

Anyhow, I had this idea, if you put up a single board and high quality CCTV camera, you could film the little runts, distribute stills to all the schools in a 20 mile radius for identification, and then make them clean twice as much as they`ve daubed on.
