None, I dont think.....I always thought their position on the matter was `Yeah? So what? F*** you!`.

The fact is, he could test one on his own people and no one would do anything about it. The worlds most powerful armies are currently embroiled in a scrappy landwar that they cant win and the people he directly threatens have no nuclear arsenal of their own.

Also, given the fact that he has no oil, he has and can do whatever he likes.

The only sanctions we can use against him are to stop feeding his people. But its not their fault hes bats*** crazy..........

Basically Kim Jong Il is sticking two fingers up to the west. >:(
