....every 60 seconds. `Thank you for your patience at this busy time`. Damn call centres!!!

How do they know I`m being patient? I`m not.... >:(

"Your call is important to us" Which is why you have to wait half an hour for them to answer the "important" call! and then it is answered in India and takes 3 times as long to do anything becasue they dont understand you and you dont understand them!! Bloody call centres!!! >:( >:(

I got a vodafone sales rep call me (two reps in two days). When you want them you`ll have to wait till someone is free. When you`ve asked for your PAC code, they keep calling you.. :D

He finished the call by saying "you have 24 hours to decide otherwise this offer will change. I`ve got lots of people to call and I`ve spent enough time talking to you already!" 30mins on the phone! I couldn`t get rid of the nutter. Kept telling me to stop interrupting him while he was talking :o . I was tempted to cut him off in his prime, but was waiting to see what his best tarrif/offer would be. :D
