I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.

Heartily glad that I don`t have to learn how to spell Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Sad news, means a bit more than that Richardson lady. At least I`d SEEN things with Jade in.

yeah...this ones bothering me because the amount of column space this story has taken recently has, well, annoyed the hell out of me.

like most people I used to hate her, now i have a little sympathy for her and her family but I`m just not that bothered that she`s passed on. I dont want to sound like a heartless bar steward but like a previous poster said I`d like to get back to seeing the real news......

Yes, even with my above posting.. it has been utterly ridiculous the amount of time that has been given.. I`m surprised they didn`t stick Cameras in her house and do a new version of Big Brother!!

Natasha Richardson (award winning film and theatre star), Wendy Richards (British TV legend). Jade Goody (did nothing unless she was getting paid).

I think it`s criminal that JG has been given so many column inches despite actually contributing so little, especially when compared to the other two ladies.

That said, a symbol of hope for those that have none has passed on, and for that, and her kids, I`m truly sad.
