Tendonitis in my Achilles. Hobbling like the old fart I am.
No sympathy from the family. Guffaws from t'other half at the pressure bandage and instantly christened peg-leg by my daughter.

A bloody sore ankle which takes a few weeks to get back to normal. Well as close to normal as I ever get.

Ouch, thinking of you. Not much else I can do.  (That was going to be a kiss, but the smilie is stupid, so have a raspberry instead. x)

I had a ankle swollen like a horses fetlock, took about two months to settle down.



My outlook on life is positive & carefree, I`m positive that I`m a pessimist & I don`t care what what you think.

Ouch!  Hope you're feeling better soon snaps :)

I have Achilles Tendonitis in both heels, so sympathise. I take Naproxen twice a day to bring the inflammation down - had it for months...
