Page 1 of Please Suggest a player for DVD+R & DVD-R

Can anyone suggest a cheap player (under £100) that will play copies recorded on both DVD+R & DVD-R.

Amazon.co.uk.Yamada DVD 5520 Multi-region DVD Player. I bought one £34.99 delivered and it plays everything.Dvd-r & Dvd+r, are no problem with this player. Its nice and slim as well. Buy one, you won`t be disapointed.

Thanks Edi for your suggestion, I`ll consider it. But can anyone suggest a player that I can pick up from a local store ie Tesco Asda etc which I can more easily return if I am not satisfied with the product or it fails to play both types of disk.

There`sno need to go for bottom of the barrel stuff.You can get high quality Pioneer and Panasonic players below £100,usually from a specialist dealer.Pioneer`s will even play -RW in VR mode.

Our 2 Cyberhome 400`s (& MP Man badged portable - Its mine not hers) play both without problems. :)
