Page 1 of Mesh Computers

Has anyone used Mesh Computers before? Are they any good? I have seen a pc on thier website after having read about them in Computer Shopper.

Any help will be appreciated.

I bought a PC from them about 1 year ago.

before I ordered it I emailed them a couple of questions, they replied that morning, I ordered it, chose delivery day, and it arrived on that day.

a little while ago I had a problem with 1 of the hard drives, it was giving error messages, so i contacted their tech support, they posted me an envelope to send back the hard drive, and told me to contact a courier to send it back to them. They then sent me a new hard drive. The turn around there could have been quicker, but I blame Maxtor, not Mesh for the faulty equipment. They replaced with same size and speed Western Digital.

actually what you`re looking at is a newer version of what I got. I went for a cheap base unit, mine is dual core athlon, not intel, but same graphics card, same amoutn of memory. I thought the price was good, so that if I do want to put in a better graphics card etc I can. the 512MB GeForce 7300GS is not amazing, but I`ve played Call of Duty 2 on it ok, Supreme Commander demo, gf has played Sims 2 on it.

If you just want it for general internet etc it`s fine.

I have had my Mesh about 3 years now. No problems at all.

Only pain in the arse was I wanted to buy it on 9 months interest free but some twat at Mesh put it straight on my Mastercard. Bit of a shock when the statement arrived.

But again the pcs great

Been around a long time, I bought one from them about 1997, and seem to have kept a good rep all that time.
