Page 1 of New phone and E sim
PCs & Mobiles Forum
Briefly as I'm abroad at the moment.
Absolute ****ing nightmare with a new phone but same sim.
Agreed worldwide roaming with EE.
Less than a day in zero data.
Trying to contact EE marginally successful with no resolution.
Gave up.
If you haven't discovered the ease of E sims if your phone does it you're missing out.
Ten minutes from search how they work and who does them to up and running.
Extended row with EE when I get back.

I had the same problem in Belgium. You have to contact them before you travel and let them know what specific country you're travelling to, at least 24 hours in advance. That's what I found out once I'd hooked up to the free wifi in their store in Bruges. Not sure if it's the same deal with yours
