Don`t order from deepdiscountdvd, they are terrible. I ordered dog soldiers from them, and after 4 weeks of waiting for it to arrive, I emailed them to ask where it was.....they have no idea, no UPS reference, no nothing. They just suggest I contact my local post office and start tracking this delivery down! That is as helpful as their customer service department gets. From now on I will still will play247 and cd-wow.

Tell them to send another one then. If they refuse then that`s no way to run a business and everytime something gets lost in the post, they`ll lose a customer.

How can they say they`ve posted it and have no idea of a reference or anything, then put the responsibilty onto you to find it!

I`ve ordered with them and they were fine. It`s probably the post office thats to blame...

Even if it is the post office to blame they should at least try a bit harder to track the order down as I was told by the post office it is the senders responsibility to chase up or claim for missing deliveries and the post office would not get involved in claims from the person waiting for it .

In the past I posted about these spank monkeys being no good.

If you get your goods then fine, you won`t complain as you got them cheap. But if you have a problem (mine being that they sent it in naff packing and so the box and disc were broken) they do all in their power to NOT help you. Not once did I get a reply from a representative. All I got were autmatic messages saying someone would contact me.

In the end I had to get my credit card company to arrange charge back.

Save yourself the trouble, if you have not ordered from them DON`T. If you have and they mucked up, make a note of the many times you tried to contact them then arrange charge back with your credit card company.

First time using them, ordered the Rambo Trilogy, logged onto this forum and saw this thread. I`ve been on tenterhooks for a week but received it this morning (after 7 days). No real complaints from me. (Although I have to agree with the previous entry by Barnum42, the packaging was poor, but everything was in order)
