WOW!.. and thats the quickest pun i could come up with..
Having only ever had to return faulty items to Futureent and Movietyme .. and having to wait quite a while to get a replacement.. CD-WOW urinates on these two for customer service...
I recieved 24 series one on Friday morning and it had been damaged in transit.. the mailer and the box was torn and part of the inside casing cracked.. I e-mailed CD-WOW on Sunday morning with a couple of pics of the damage and asked what the procedure was...
in a couple of hours i received this fantastic e-mail -
"Hi Allan
Thank you for your recent order, and very sorry to hear you have received a "faulty" (damaged in transit) copy - I can appreciate how disappointing this must be.
I will ensure that a replacement is dispatched to you immediately, and that a FREEPOST envelope is sent, first-class post, today - to enable you to return the damaged DVD to us.
We would appreciate it if you enclose a note with the returned item, clearly stating the order number (if you still have it), your name and email address, and a very brief description of what is wrong with it (faulty-damaged in transit).
I am grateful for your understanding and I sincerely hope that this genuinely rare occurrence will not deter you from using our service again in the future.

and just had word that my replacement has been shipped... WOW!!! this company is great!!

totally agree. they have been nothing short of sensational in dealing with queries and orders and the only company that i would place above them is Amazon. when i bought a box set that was in the german packaging they sent me out a replacement set straight away and refunded my postage!
but cdwow are just awesome though

CD-WOW are the only company that i have ever mailed thanking them for their services.They are always quick,polite & most importantly HONEST!..A lot of e-tailers could learn from them!

Indeed they are super. Them together with choices get my vote as best retailers on the net. I ordered Dances With Wolves and Unbreakable on Friday and they arrived today morning. They have always been polite, friendly and understanding.

My experiences with them have been the same. Great prices and superb service! Easily the best e-tailer around.

Yes, but this is also one reason why I don`t buy boxsets over the net ;-)
Everyone is entitled to an opinion, no matter how wrong it is ;-)

I doubt this happens very often. My 24 from 101 CD arrived in perfect condition. Just last week I got Buffy Season 6 from cdwow in perfect condition also.
