Page 1 of Viking Direct...Big Thumbs Up!

I know there are plenty of positive replies in KYWY`s post re the chair but was surprised to find nothing in here about them. I (like a great number of you from the amount of replies to KYWY`s thread) ordered the £29.99 (Matrix) chair from these last Friday and was told it was out of stock via the web. Phoned up customer services and an extremely courteous and polite young lady called Becky offered me the Marino which should have been £49.99 at the lower offer price. I was informed it would be with me by Wednesday but did infact arrive Tuesday (after the bank holiday)! Well packaged, welcome pack, invoice and assembly instructions all readily available and accurate.
I have recommended these ad nauseum to colleagues, family and freinds since then and wish them continued success with their efforts. They really do seem to have customer service nailed.
Just my tuppence worth anyway.

Totally agree.

Their customer service is excellent, delivery times excellent, prices excellent. Can`t moan about 1 thing.

I agree - excellent service upfront, but just make sure you opt out of receiving their catalogues - you will get seriously hacked off, otherwise ;)
