No need to go back as I never left. I started using them in May, 2003, and have never had a single problem ( credit card or otherwise.) Excellent company in my opinion.

I never went back to them, no. So much trouble getting my card cancelled, getting the charges reversed etc, it put me right off.

Same here. The best there is.

I never had a problem with them at the time they got hacked. They asked me to change my password at the time which I did. I still use DVDPacific and have still not had a problem. I would certainly recommend them and presumably their systems are much more secure now!

Never will go back.
