Worst customer service ever. My sister was on the phone to them for over 3 hours when her digibox went on the blink, and she didn`t get so much as a "sorry", just a "yeah, well, send a copy of your phone bill in and we`ll see what we can do".

I was on the phone to them once for over an hour, just to ask a simple question, seeing as they apparently ignore e-mails.

I`ve always found Amazon to have stellar customer service, both home and abroad. I also spoke to a lovely, lovely lass when I was trying to sort out utilities for my old flat, but I can`t remember what company it was. :/

>:( The AA - Refused to cancel my policy over the phone. Had to send these twerps 3 letters because they kept claiming they were not receiving my cancellation letters. Never use them for anything. Since using them I have noticed other companies charge a lot less than them.

Sky is a free phone number. I just put them on speaker phone while it's ringing and get on with doing something else. I don't mind waiting if I am not paying for it. And compared with my experiences with Telewest everyone is GOD .

Serious was really happy with skys customer service. Maybe I was just lucky.

I use to work for Woolworths for a few years part time and just got a job with currys :-D

Cd Wow have been pretty crappy lately.

They cancel orders and claim their vouchers are being used too much. Well if they kept tabs on what vouchers they gave out they wouldn`t be in such a mess.
