Amongst all the various discounted offerings of posters, videotapes, DVD`s & CD`s I just picked up 10 SIM backup devices for 24p each, so thats one for me, THO & Miss_Rat (Numbnutz bought his own).

The rest I shall try to flog at work. :D



I quite like the Helpdesk people in a benevolent (as opposed to malevolent) way as they do some valuable work in preventing us being inundated by every halfwit who can work a phone.

New owners, same name just new colours, just getting rid of stuff that they dont want a music retailer to sell, which woolworths thought sim backup, alcohol testers etc was an ideal thing to sell

Good luck with the sim backup thingies . I bought 3 when they were 99p .A complete waste of time none of the worked. Took them back ,assistant said` we`ve had all of these returned they dont work ` ;)

MINE DIDNT WORK EITHER

problem is pretty much no phone these days keeps the phone book in the sim :o

That did occur to me (much) later.

I usually restore contacts via Bluetooth from PDA to phone anyway.
