Page 1 of What is crying out for a release ?

Inspired by the `Flight of the Navigator` thread, I was wondering what you thought is begging for a DVD release. Live Aid could be a amazing DVD -all the footage from London & Philly with all the backstage stuff. The 20th anniversary will be in 2005, so here`s hoping.

A creepy little film from the 70s called "Don`t Be Afraid of the Dark" or something like that, which only exists in my memory as being the only film to still give me shivers when I think about it.

Wish that`d end up on DVD so I can see it from beginning to end without hiding!

I think you ought to get off that fence and say what you`re really thinking, Chewie.

Hey the Star Wars trilogy is bound to come out after the third new film is released and in a new improved version with improved effects and any new plot inconsistencies removed (e.g The Empire Strikes back actually having a reasonable plot to start with).
Most of Wong Kar Wai`s back catalogue needs a decent release as the only versions around are dodgy R3 copies of VCD releases. Likewise the early Pedro Almodovar films which are either deleted or only available on video (even in spain).

I wonder if George Lucas will re-edit the original star wars movies so it relates to the prequels, because there are some MAJOR continuity errors now.

Would love to see MCVICAR on dvd.

Mcvicar would be good I`ve got this on video . But it would have to have all the extras that could be put together . with inverviews with roger daltrey and mcvicar himself or what`s the point in waiting for this release if it`s just the film on the disc .

would really like to see young sherlock holmes and the pyramid of fear. This would be great with a new picture transfer and dolby 5.1 sound .
