Essential Horror Purchases???

Ben Franklin (Reviewer) posted this on Tuesday, 21st June 2005, 10:16

Trying to build up my horror film collection - but want to make sure I have the essentials first! At the minute trying to get a few of the `classic` 80`s horrors, but am interested in everything.

So what would you say are essential for a collection? Exorcist, The Thing, Nightmare on Elm Street?

Thanks!

Here`s Chucky!

just off the top of my head - I`ll probably come back and edit this later,
but you definately need the Thing.
also, halloweens, exorcist (*i think you are getting that already), some Fulcis, some Dario Argentos, the evil deads (your old sig suggests you might have these as well), erm, critters, house, fright night, trick or treat, ghoulies, childs play...

The Shining, I would also recommend Session 9, very creepy!
