As certain people always moan about how you weren`t warned whenever we "change something" matrix style, consider this a warning.

We are going to change some things, some of you are going to moan, and as usual in a weeks time everyone will be used to the new "normal".

I quite like the Helpdesk people in a benevolent (as opposed to malevolent) way as they do some valuable work in preventing us being inundated by every halfwit who can work a phone.

most importantly how long will you be offline for - i can handle it if its between 2am and 8am otherwise i might start getting the shakes :p

Whilst there might be freak moments where things don`t work for some odd reason, it should all be pretty quick with no offline time.
