Anybody been getting this spam recently ...????

I`ve been getting about 4-6 of these everyday on my home email ..... >:(

I can`t see the point to it as there`s no link or such to pull you in :/

I started getting them about one or two months ago. Then they stopped, and now they`ve started again at a rate of 4 or more a day. >:( I just delete them, haven`t managed to find a way to stop them.

i get upto twenty a day... its not a problem on my yahoo account as i set it to spam and it cuts most of these out, but my blueyonder account i just add them to the blocked sender list... which has littel effect?

havent quite worked out the point of them, as they dont ask you to long in or enter any details... just bl00dy annoying!

If its not US stock tips, designed to make you invest in the companies, thus boosting the share price before the originators of the mail sell their stock, its Viagra.

I don`t block the senders as its never the same for the stock tips, but I do have a rule set up in outlook that cuts out most of the varient spellings of Viagra.


I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.

What is it about spammers and variations on Barclays, though? :/

I just logged into my gmail account I`ve never used - well, everyone else had one - and found Paypal had somehow helpfully emailed me there, wasn`t that kind of them. :D Actually, there were 3 spam mails there, and all correctly filed in the spam folder, which is more than hotmail can do! :D

Nope. At work the company spam filter weeds out literally thousands of Rolex emails and Bank Phish emails. Strangely, they are the only ones we get in any number, but there are f***ing loads of them.

We changed our mail system last year, so I had to spend ages training the spam filter, which was nice.

Why do they bother to send them? Surely they don`t get any replies these days or do they still think we are all suckers still?
