Wouldnt normally ask but this is something VERY close to my heart..........The Nursing and Midwifery Council are thinking of turning nursing into a `generic course` meaning there would be no specifically trained nurses for children - maybe a pretty crap deal for yours, mine and everyones kids in the long term. It takes a certain type of person to deal with sick kids - we arent better or worse than anyone else but we are different ;)
