I have a company insured car and therefore have no insurance in my own name.
My Brother in law has offered to let me use his private van and says that his insurance policy covers any driver.
Do I still need to have my own policy or am I breaking the law if I drive it?

Don`t think you can directly. The only way is to create a copy on a PC removing the protection and then copy it onto the hard drive.
Obviously this is something that shouldn`t be discussed here but google is your friend ;)

Had to watch this to see if it was as bad as i had heard. It isn`t, it`s even worse :o

Does anyone know how they work it out at the moment ? Just been stung for £12.02 for a DVD which was £22.99 from Play (usa site). Seems a bit steep but first time been caught buying from them. :(

i`ve just bought a 46 inch samsung 1080p lcd and am looking to get the best out of Non HD sources (Standard DVD`s and Sky + which are currently connected via scart)
i am looking at the Panasonic DMR-EX77EB (which upscales to 1080p) which i would connect to the tv via HDMI and would be grateful if anyone could help with the following
if i plug my Sky+ box via Scart into the Panny would the picture be improved ?
does the upscaling make a great deal of difference to standard dvd`s ?
Any advice would be apreciated

I`ve cancelled my order for 300 R1 and my nectar points have already been credited back to me :)
I have used CDWOW for years and never had a problem until recently. It seems you are alright with R2`s but they are having problems getting supplies of R1 & R3. Maybe they are being asked to pay up front ?
I won`t buy from them again. It is a shame because they used to be the best retailer. Thanks to the BPI they will probably go down the pan :(

300 2 disc set (R1). Released 31/07/07. 2 emails received stating no idea when they will receive stock.
Only sticking with it as I used Nectar points to get it for nothing. Certainly wouldn`t part with any cash with them at the moment

They don`t even seem to reply to emails anymore. It`s a shame as they used to be the best but lately the delays have become ridiculous :(
